Senate President, Bukola Saraki's Case Adjourned Indefinitely

The President of Nigeria's Senate, Bukola Sarakicase has been adjourned by a court of appeal ruling today, Monday 19th November,2015, in Abuja. The ruling on the case of Bukola Sraki against the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) was adjourned and announced by the Court Registrar without any stated reason(s).
Bukola Saraki, the former Governor of Kwara state is facing trial over allegations of asset declaration fraud as claimed by the Code of Conduct Bureau (CCB). However, in Saraki's case, he charged the Court of Appeal to to find out the legality of his arraignment at the CCT.

He had also charged the Court to put aside the proceedings of the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) which is slated to resume hearing his case on Wednesday, October 21st, 2015.
