In a video that appears to be shot at 10 miles per hour in a race track's parking lot, YouTuber Salomondrin walks through a few of the costs a Veyron owner will face after purchase.
Needless to say, owning and maintaining a supercar capable of driving more than 250 miles per hour is ludicrously expensive. Then again, if you have the money to spend more than a million dollars on just a car, spending more on an oil change than a lot of people spend on their whole car probably isn't much of a concern.
At that point, you also probably have enough money to buy all the other fastest cars in the world, like the Koenigsegg Agera R, so your biggest concern is probably which one you should drive each day.
If the maintenance costs don't scare you off, and you still think you want to own a Veyron, the bad news is that they're all sold out. The good news is, though, you can now buy a certified pre-owned Bugatti Veyron if you still have your heart set on putting one in your garage.
Alternatively, you could save your money and wait for the Veyron's successor, the Bugatti Chiron, to go on sale. Thankfully, despite all the diesel-related chaos going on at Volkswagen A.G., all signs point to the Chiron still being built. Expect it to offer more power, a higher top speed, more special editions, and yes, even higher maintenance costs
